1. What you are buying
TATEWARE sells digital software licenses delivered electronically. A license grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Software on the number of devices stated for your plan. Licenses are tied to one hardware ID (HWID) unless otherwise stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3. Third-party games and trademarks
TATEWARE is an independent product. Game names and trademarks (e.g. Fortnite, Apex Legends, Rust, Call of Duty, Dead by Daylight, Rainbow Six Siege, Arc Raiders, Marvel Rivals, Valorant) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. TATEWARE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or anti-cheat provider.
4. Acceptable use & account risk
Using third-party software with online games may violate those games' terms of service and can result in account penalties, including bans, imposed by the game publisher. You acknowledge and accept that risk. The Software is provided for use on your own accounts and hardware.
5. Licenses, delivery and resale
License keys are delivered to the email used at checkout, typically immediately after payment clears. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute keys or the Software.
6. Payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorize the charge shown at checkout.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with future game updates, or that any account will avoid penalties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Software or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including game account bans.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date on this page.
