Standard policy
Digital license keys are non-refundable once they have been delivered and activated, because they cannot be returned. Please review product details and system requirements before purchasing, and use the support channel if you have questions first.
When we do refund
- Key not delivered or invalid. If you did not receive a working key and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Accidental double purchases are refunded.
- Ban-wave guarantee. If there is a confirmed detection-based ban wave affecting TATEWARE users within your first 30 days, you receive a full refund plus one month free. This covers detection-based ban waves only — not individual gameplay reports, manual bans, or account actions unrelated to detection.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after a working key has been delivered.
- Account penalties resulting from your own use, reports, or violations of a game's terms.
- Failure to meet the stated system requirements (Windows 10 build 19041+ or Windows 11, 64-bit).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or open a ticket on our support channel with your order email and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.
